“I am disappointed with the way our appointments were handled. Our 9:00 a.m. appointment was cancelled at around 3:00 p.m. the day before, which did not provide much notice. The clinic expects patients to give sufficient notice when cancelling appointments or risk being charged a cancellation fee, so it’s disappointing that the same level of consideration wasn’t shown to us. My partner received a phone call to let him know his appointment had been cancelled, while I only received an email. I would have appreciated the same courtesy of a phone call, especially given the short notice. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but clear communication and treating patients with the same standards expected of them are important. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling undervalued and frustrated. Sadly, we will not be booking any other appointments with Optimum Wellness.”

“Went for shock therapy for the first time and can't believe the results! Dianne is great! Full of energy and very thorough! Have had shoulder issues for a few years and finally getting some relief. Tried injections and no comparison to these shock therapy treatments. Definitely will be back to work on my knees. Also Jamie is an excellent chiropractor and definitely has the right passion for what he does. A one stop shop for me!”

“I see Dr Jamie for Chiropractic care. First, the staff are excellent. Warm & friendly welcome when you arrive. Dr Jamie is wonderful to work with. He works with me to diagnose the issue & provide the appropriate treatment. He is highly professional, very knowledgeable & friendly too. “I went to see Dr Jessie and it was an amazing experience. She took the time to thoroughly go through my history before making a treatment plan for some pain I was experiencing. We did some basic adjustments and I am looking forward to going back to her to continue. I felt like she listened to my concerns and gave me quality suggestions. The front desk ladies were also very welcoming when I first showed up! All around great experience”

“Optimum Wellness is awesome. I’ve had some injuries and Dr. J has really helped me out to stay healthy. It’s more than just a chiropractic office . They provide massage, physiotherapy, shockwave therapy , laser. I may have missed some things, but there’s a lot to get a person back to good health again. All these people in there different roles are professional and know there stuff to get you back on your feet again. Presently I’m seeing Diane, her vast knowledge of the laser machine, and how it works for your body, she knows her stuff, just ask her. I’ve experienced all the areas in this facility and I trust these people a 100%. Lastly, who do you see coming in and leaving the facility, the girls up front. Personally, they have the hardest job. They do such an amazing job. Welcoming each person in and out with there smiling faces. All I can say is Thankyou Thankyou for looking after me and my family, you guys rock!!!”
