“Such an amazing team all around! I have been to Abbi for massages and she knows her stuff! I always feel so much better after seeing her. I was experiencing some jaw issues and she recommended that I see Steve for physio. The progress that he made with my jaw in such a short time was incredible! “I had such an awesome experience today with Steven Canduro! I would highly recommend him if you ever needed any physiotherapy! He was very thorough in his initial assessment and explained everything throughout the whole process. Not only was he thorough he was also very friendly, personable and knowledgeable! I came in with right leg issues related to excessive running and was treated with dryneedling, shockwave therapy and given exercises to do at home! “Optimize is incredible. Everyone who works here is super knowledgeable and have helped me through a couple of challenges. I had seen a doctor about foot pain, spent a bunch of money on insoles that did nothing. After 4 visits with Optimize, the pain disappeared and hasn’t returned going on 3yrs now! “Seth at Optimize is fantastic. He has treated our son through a few sports-related injuries and has been incredible every step of the way. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, not only to me but also to my son, making sure he understands his injuries, treatment, and recovery process. One thing we especially appreciate is how he connects with my son through their shared love of sports. “I came to Stacey (Anastasia) dealing with chronic L5-S1 back and piriformis pain that had been affecting my daily life for a long time. What she gave me wasn't just treatment, it was a real recovery. The process was really fricken long, and there were moments I wasn't sure I'd get to the other side of it, but Stacey's patience, expertise, and genuine care kept me on track. He really listens to what’s going on, works with you, and doesn’t jump straight into aggressive treatment.
