“I’ve had a lot of relief from sports injuries, as well as head and neck tension headaches, since seeing Dr. Andrew McManus over the past couple of years for chiropractic and acupuncture treatments. Whether it’s for a regular maintenance visit or a more targeted issue, I always feel well taken care of. Appointments are never rushed—he takes the time to listen, understand what’s going on, and provide thoughtful, effective treatment. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with pain, tension, or looking for ongoing preventative care.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Andrew has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my treatment. He first helped me significantly with my neck issues, and more recently he has been helping me manage my headaches as well. He is very thorough, takes the time to really listen and understand exactly what you’re feeling and experiencing, and never makes you feel rushed. He explains things clearly, makes you feel comfortable, and is extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants to help them improve. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew to anyone looking for a chiropractor who is skilled, professional, and compassionate.”Read moreShow less

“Incredibly helpful health professionals… strongly recommend! The kids and I have had physiotherapy, acupuncture, and massage and each service was super-effective. The people are knowledgeable, engaging, and go above and beyond to make sure that our injuries are healed. The admin staff are also organized and great at helping you with work benefits processing.”Read moreShow less

“On September 17, 2025, I had my initial appointment with Elizabeth Snook for a lymphatic massage. I was dealing with Achilles tendinitis and lymphatic swelling. During the session, Elizabeth mentioned that she would show me some techniques I could do at home to help manage my condition. She also said she would reach out to my physiotherapist to coordinate on a suggested treatment plan. When the appointment ended, she told me she would meet me up front, but when I got there, she was gone. The receptionist wasn’t particularly friendly, which added to a less-than-ideal first impression. Later that day, I called the office to provide the contact information for my physiotherapist and to follow up on the at-home exercises and book recommendation Elizabeth had mentioned. The receptionist said Elizabeth would email me as this was her preferred method of communication. On September 22 (five days later), I received an email from Elizabeth with some general information and handouts for exercises. I replied and asked again if she could reach out to my physiotherapist as discussed. On September 29, she responded, confirming that she would “absolutely reach out” that week. It’s now October 14, and after another physiotherapy appointment today, I learned that she still hasn’t contacted my physiotherapist. I find this very unprofessional, especially since coordination between providers was something she emphasized during our initial appointment and its my treatment to recovery that is impacted. While I appreciate the information she eventually provided, the lack of follow-through and communication has left me disappointed in the overall experience.”Read moreShow less

“I went to Diane and Elizabeth initially for right shoulder pain that improved quickly. Then, I was rear ended in a car accident and sustained a concussion. Diane and Elizabeth provided such compassionate, supportive and effective care. Their care and treatment plans, in combination with my family doctor, set me up for success. After I was able to manage home life with little to no concussion symptoms, I gradually returned to work and was able to adjust back to my full time rotating shift work schedule. I cannot recommend them enough!”Read moreShow less

“Came into the clinic to see Sarah for lower body chronic pain. She is super efficient with treatment, while also taking time to ensure the upmost comfort and care during your appointment, she is so kind and extremely knowledgeable while explaining treatment. Overall, the treatments I have received from Sarah have majorly improved my pain and I will definitely keep coming back!”Read moreShow less

“I went to see Sarah for my knee because I've had ongoing troubles with it from a previous injury/surgery. I'm always hesitant to have practitioners work on my knee because it can be so painful, but Sarah was incredibly gentle and took extra precautions to make sure I was comfortable. Sarah was friendly and provided excellent care. She went above and beyond and her osteopathic treatments have made such a big difference for me. I can't recommend Sarah or Optimal Physiotherapy enough!”Read moreShow less

“All the staff are fabulous and make you feel so welcome. Diane has been wonderful for my physio treatments and a wonderful advocate for good health care. Sarah is just lovely and I cannot wait to see her more for osteo treatments. So happy I found Optimal.”
