“Kim is absolutely wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and her RMT experience makes it even better to pin point where you need an adjustment. She doesn't rush and always makes sure you are feeling your best. She also has a gem of an assistant Kelly who is always on her toes. They are a wonderful local provider I would highly recommend!”

“Everyone at Optimal Health is always happy and friendly. A+ customer service!! From reminder emails to asking about how things are going, they make each visit personal. Kim has helped me understand the importance of maintaining proper posture and how that helps with my breathing. Not only does she explain what she's doing and why, but she gives simple exercises to perform at home to reach my personal goals. I now understand the importance of regular maintenance rather than simply going after an injury or ache.
