“I had an outstanding experience at this store while getting my first pair of progressive lenses. David was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the transition with clear explanations and genuine care. When I requested an adjustment to the lens power, David went above and beyond to ensure the solution was perfect. “Exceptional service! Great variety, from their house brand and cheaper brands to high end glasses. Many of the brands they have are hard to find elsewhere. Their staff are very polite, and go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for. I have been their customer for the past 6 years. On my most recent visit I dealt with David and later Chris, and they were both great. David took the time to find me and my partner the right pair of glasses. He brought us many pairs of glasses so we could find what we are looking for based on our style and preferences. He also informed us about the current promotions they had and made sure we would get the best deal possible. We later dealt with Chris to pick up our glasses, and he was amazing. He made sure the glasses fit properly and we are comfortable wearing them. “Best service we ever received by an optometrist store in the GTA. What a nice store with a great selection of all makes and models, you feel welcomed once you come in. And the staff is extremely nice and friendly and provides great service. We picked a pair of prescription glasses and after we finished and paid the lady servicing us ( dont know her name) offered my wife to adjust and clean her glasses. She came back and also exchanged both of the nose pads - FOR FREE. We bought her glasses at Bailey Nelson in Newmarket and they didnt even bother to touch glasses not bought in their store. “Optical Thirty 8 staff is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I had an issue with some online glasses I've recently purchase and they helped me understand why buying online is probably isn't best for my prescription. My glasses were giving me crazy eye strain.
