“I visited Optical Center Montreal for the very first time as a newcomer to Canada, and I was truly amazed by the excellent service I received. From the moment I entered, every staff member welcomed me warmly and treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. One thing I especially appreciated was their excellent appointment reminder service. Before my appointment date, they called me twice over the two weeks beforehand to politely confirm and remind me. They spoke very calmly and respectfully, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and professional. The clinic was extremely clean, calm, and well organized. The doctor and staff carefully explained every step of the eye examination and used very advanced technology and modern machines for the checkup. I was especially impressed that they even scanned the veins in my eyes to check for any possible issues. Everything felt very professional and detailed. They even kindly offered me coffee during my visit, which made me feel very comfortable and respected as a customer. Their hospitality was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised when they offered me an additional pair of glasses, including sunglasses. The overall experience was beyond my expectations. If I ever have any optical or eye-related problems in Canada, I will definitely return here without thinking twice about going anywhere else. “I have a rather high prescription and needed contact lenses. Decided to give this place a chance and the team is absolutely welcoming and non-jugmental. I have never worn contacts before and Ines and Manon were super helpful guiding me through the process. They were patient and did not leave me hanging to figure it out by myself like certain other eye clinics. I felt super comfortable asking questions as well as explaining my concerns to which they have taken the time to reasure me. I will purchase my contacts from here as well as future glasses since they have a wide collection on their shelves. “Amazing service! I had a medical emergency with my eye, and Dr. Pierre was incredible. She took great care of me and constantly followed up, which was very reassuring considering how bad my situation was. The staff is excellent, and the service is always top-notch. “I scheduled a standard 30-minute eye exam with Dr. Ross, but ended up sitting in the waiting room for over 50 minutes past my scheduled time. I eventually had to leave without being seen because I had other commitments. While the receptionist was kind and said the doctor would call me back to follow up, I never heard a word. It’s disappointing to lose an hour of my day to a total lack of scheduling respect. Location is easy to access, and there are amenities nearby that make it easy to grab a meal or coffee after the visit. Overall had a great experience with Thibault.
