“Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for me. The massage felt uncomfortable, almost like pinching, and the pace was very slow with long pauses. “I’ve been seeing Carly at Onyx RMT weekly for over a year now, and I can’t recommend her enough. She has made such a difference in managing my chronic pain and tension. Carly is incredibly attentive, empathetic, and really listens to what I need each session. One of the things I appreciate most is that she’s trauma-informed—she’s always mindful and grounding, often keeping a hand on my back as she moves around so I always know where she is. She may not even realize she does this, but it’s something that makes me feel safe and supported.
