“One-Step has such an amazing team and exceptional clean facility. They provide superb treatments and Dr. Ryan is very easy to work with. The location by COP is easily accessible. Parking is free, just nake sure to scan their code when you come in.”

“I have been a client at OneStep for a while and have been very happy with Dr. Kim. Today I had my first massage with Dr. Jayeong Lim. She is an incredible massage therapist and I’m already planning to book another massage as well as some acupuncture. Her technique was amazing and I felt so relaxed and some very tight muscles finally relaxed after her care. The entire experience in this amazing clinic is one everyone should look forward to. Highly recommend!!!”

“I’m a mom of two young kids, and between carrying my kids and taking care of them all day, I was dealing with a lot of low back and shoulder pain. Vruksha was so helpful and really took the time to listen to what I was going through. She also helped me with my pelvic floor, which I really appreciated after my second baby was born. I felt comfortable with her right away, and her care made a real difference. I would highly recommend Vruksha, especially to other moms needing thoughtful and supportive physio care. Dr. Kim has been great to work with. He takes time to assess properly, explain things clearly, and make sure the treatment plan makes sense. “I had a wonderful experience at One Step Health Clinic and truly wanted to leave a thoughtful review. I’ve been dealing with both spinal discomfort and muscle imbalances that occasionally cause pain and general discomfort. 💫Dr. Ryan helped me regain proper alignment, and I really appreciated how attentive and careful he was throughout every session. What stood out the most was that he never handled my body roughly—everything was done with intention and care. He also took the time to clearly explain why my alignment was the way it was and how each treatment was helping, which made me feel very informed and confident in the process. After having such a positive experience with chiropractic care from Dr. Ryan, I was also looking forward to my physiotherapy session with 💫Vruksha—and she exceeded my expectations. “I was referred to Dr Kim by a friend of mine when a recurring foot injury was preventing me from training for an upcoming ultramarathon. I was experiencing severe pain, and was worried that my race plans for the season may have to be put on hold. Dr Kim has been phenomenal - we were able to treat the issue with acupuncture/manual adjustments and create a return to training plan for me to ramp things back up pain free! The clinic is beautiful, staff are all friendly, and the quality of service is top notch! Thanks Dr Kim and team for helping me stay strong and pain free 👏🏃‍♀️”

“Ryan is simply the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! I had horrible sciatica from my pregnancies and it’s completely gone since seeing Ryan. He is the most thorough chiropractor I’ve had - he really listens to his patients and is very detailed with his follow up appointments as well. My husband also went from being very skeptical of chiropractic work to going regularly to see Ryan after having major improvements in his neck and shoulder pain from his treatment. We also brought in our 8 year old son for a few treatments after he tweaked his back from our trampoline and Ryan explained things really clearly and made it a great experience for our son too. Our whole family would highly recommend Ryan and this clinic!”
