“I recently visited due to severe back pain and was able to book an appointment the very same morning. Within just a few hours, I was in to see Mahveen. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly effective. My pain was significantly relieved after just one visit. “These guys are probably the best physio Clinic I've ever been to. The time that they take, this time that they spend, the care and compassion that they provide you and next level. They get to know who you are your functions, as well as really get to understand your day today. This helps especially from recovery standpoint because they're able to isolate the mechanism of injury and isolate ways to recover it. Services have received here include cupping, ims, ultrasound, laser, ice and Heat as well as they then take the time to work through exercises as they have all the equipment in-house to make it easy and accessible. Genuinely they've taken care of my back, shoulders, arms, hips and I'm very grateful to the whole team for everything that people. “I came to One Physio & Mobility Clinic because a dear friend recommended it to me. Even though it is quite far from my home, every visit has been worth the trip. Finding this clinic has truly been a blessing. This review is especially for Huzefa. Before meeting him, I had never tried kinesiology and wasn't sure what to expect. From my very first appointment, Huzefa impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine kindness. He listens carefully, explains everything, and treats his patients with sincere care and respect. I have been living with chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, and back for years. Huzaifa's treatments are much more than a regular session. He combines deep tissue massage, stretching, mobility work, strengthening exercises, and hands-on techniques in a way that addresses the root of the problem. It truly feels like receiving two treatments in one. When I developed severe pain in my left shoulder, he carefully taught me three exercises and even recorded a short video of each one on my phone so I could continue doing them correctly at home. That level of dedication meant so much to me. He wants his patients to continue improving long after they leave the clinic. After my last appointment, I went home feeling so much better that I was able to cook comfortably again. For someone who has lived with chronic pain, that was a wonderful feeling. Huzaifa, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your skill, patience, compassion, and dedication have made a real difference in my life. “It was my dad's 1st appointment and Mahveen has been one of the sweetest kindest person to work with. She was very gentle with my dad, very detailed in the exercises provided to him, was very helpful and patient with my dad. She took the time to video each exercise to make it easier for my dad to do at home. I felt very relaxed at the clinic and it was a pleasure to see Mahveen work with my dad. “This location is great, have utilized services of Mahveen for physio and Huzefa for FST. Mahveen provided great insight into my injuries and helped with guidance on how to protect and take care of it in the future. Huzefa provided me with great tips on my posture during workouts and tips to avoid aggravating my injuries while exercising. He also provided a lot of useful stretches !
