Welcome to One Eleven Health Hub online booking. As you book your appointment, please note that the prices shown alongside treatments reflect our updated fees and apply to all bookings from January 1st, 2026 onward. Massage therapy appointments can be booked directly online. Please note that, as a small clinic, we do not have a waiting room. If you arrive early for your appointment, we kindly ask that you remain in the parking area until your scheduled appointment time prior to entering the clinic space. This helps ensure the treatment room is properly cleaned, linens are changed, and your therapist has adequate time to complete medical charting between patients. “Neil was recommended by a close friend a few times. I've had several decades of experience with different services from massage to acupuncture however no real experience with myofascial massage. Due to a cancelation of another appointment I decided to give this style treatment a try and I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. The opening of the door and a warm handshake and introduction by Neil immediately eased my comfort level. Within about two minutes of entering I was completely at ease. Neil was very professional, well spoken, knowable, giving clear expectations of what to expect and how the treatment would work. He also was very clear on making sure you are comfortable and consent was asked prior to any of the treatments or assessments. While not an issue for me personally, I do respect that level of care for those who may not be as comfortable. After an assessment we briefly talked treatment options and a brief walkthrough before the treatment. During the treatment clear communication was given and checking in to make sure the treatment wasn't too intensive. My overall massage was much different that I expected. Being used to a deep tissue massage this was so gentle for me personally I wasn't sure how it would be effective. After my massage I was really surprised at how loose and good I felt. It's presently the next morning and the effects are still very much present but without any of the tenderness I get with a deep tissue massage. At the end of the massage we did talk about follow up appointments to continue working on the issues I have. Honestly I went in with a pretty decent expectation it would be a bit helpful, but left and woke up the next day with a much better feeling that it was very helpful. I won't hesitate to recommend Neil especially for those who are seeking a less intrusive or first time massage that may be nervous it'll hurt.”
