“I had been to this clinic once before and had a good experience, so I decided to book another appointment. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. I booked my appointment the day before but never received a confirmation email or any communication. I called the clinic twice and even left a voicemail asking for an update, but no one got back to me. Then, just a few hours before my appointment, I received a short text saying they had double-booked me and couldn’t see me. There wasn’t even a simple apology. I work two jobs, so my schedule is very busy. I had rearranged my work schedule and cancelled plans with family and friends just to make it to this appointment. Finding out only a few hours beforehand that it had been cancelled was incredibly frustrating. What disappointed me even more was that when I replied to let them know how upsetting this was, I never heard back. No apology, no explanation, and no effort to make things right or even acknowledge the inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this was handled felt very unprofessional. A little communication and a sincere apology would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my impression of the clinic.”

“I've been seeing Zach and Tyler for a few years and have always felt brand new again after each session. Although today I made a last minute appointment due to an excruciating headache that would not go away. Halfway through my headache was gone. I definitely put Tyler to work today. “I can’t recommend Tyler Vocadlo enough! I had my first-ever massage with Tyler today, and the experience was fantastic. After years of sports, my body had built up injuries and imbalances that really needed attention. Tyler started with a thorough assessment and walked me through everything step by step. He was extremely professional, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I left feeling noticeably lighter, more relaxed, and my body feels amazing! “We brought our 3-month-old son for craniosacral therapy with Zach and were blown away by the results. He usually holds so much tension in his little body from ongoing food allergies and reflux, which has also made feeding a real challenge. After just one session he was the most relaxed I’ve ever seen him. He melted into my shoulder and slept so peacefully—it was incredible to witness. The therapist was gentle, caring, and clearly skilled. We left feeling so grateful and hopeful, and our baby left feeling comfortable and calm. “I brought my baby to see Zach for an infant massage, and it was an amazing experience! He was incredibly gentle, kind and knowledgeable. My baby seemed to let go of so much tension almost immediately. Zach also took the time to show us some movements to work on at home, which was so helpful for us to keep her comfortable between appointments. I also brought my baby to see Dr. Ashley for chiropractic care. She was so patient and gentle with my little one. Dr. Alyssa was also present for our appointment and together they made a wonderful team. My baby can be fussy with new people and she was instantly comfortable with both of them - which says so much! Dr. Ashley explained everything and was so thorough in her assessment and care. My baby began sleeping through the night after her chiropractic appointment, and don’t think it’s a coincidence! I would highly recommend any and all of the amazing providers at Omnia. They are truly such a wonderful team of people and have made such a difference for us. We are very grateful.”
