“I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic today. I visited for a physiotherapy session, hoping to relax despite my busy schedule, but the interaction with the receptionist made me feel extremely uncomfortable. From the beginning, her behavior was unprofessional. While I understand that providing ID and personal information is standard, the way she handled it was inappropriate. She questioned whether the photo on my ID was actually me and made comments about my appearance, saying I looked younger in the ID and older in person. This was unnecessary and disrespectful. She also made sarcastic remarks regarding the date of my accident, which felt like she was mocking me rather than assisting me. At one point, she even suggested that the person in my ID looked like my sister, which again was highly unprofessional. As a client, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, especially in a healthcare environment where people come for care and comfort. Due to this experience, I felt so uncomfortable that I chose not to continue and left the clinic. I strongly recommend that management provide proper training to their front desk staff on how to communicate with clients. Personal comments and sarcastic behavior are completely unacceptable in a professional setting. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.”Read moreShow less

She took the time to assess my condition properly, explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and gave me a clear plan to follow at home. “They were amazing. I went in with my wrist hurting so much I couldn't even hold my tea. Within almost no time, through acupuncture and a wrist brace, I'm pain free and back playing darts and using my hand. So glad I came to see them. Thanks for your help.”
