“Typical for the company (not just this location). Frames go out of style within 2 years so good luck with replacement of frames that break. Friendly and helpful staff, but the only know their company biz. So better to go to a reputable dealer.”

“Amazing service at Ollie Quinn! They repaired my sunglasses straight away, free of charge, even though I bought them somewhere else. Super kind, professional, and genuinely helpful staff. Really appreciated the quick help. Highly recommend!”

“Sunglasses don't last. The coating only stays on about 1-2 yrs before it gets dots and bubbles off. They are not sure why. Unfortunately it was out of warranty - 1 yr so I am out of luck. They offered 20% discount to redo the lens at a price of $260. Thanks but I will take my business elsewhere. After our family bought 7 pairs time to move on. “Great experience here! The staff were super helpful and friendly. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to buy anything, which made the whole process feel really comfortable. They’re also dog-friendly, which is a nice bonus! I ordered both prescription glasses and sunglasses, and they were ready to be picked up within just a few days. “While waiting for passport photos to be ready, passed by nearby Ollie Quinn store for the first time. Representatives were friendly, just the right level of being welcoming. I was able to scan the selection that was there, tried on several pairs to figure out which frames and colours would look best, offered some other choices in frames and colours when the ones I chose were good, but could maybe be even better. The main representative who helped me out, he wore glasses as well, was nice, helpful, pleasant to interact with. Stylish frames - yes, some pops of colour in choice of frames- yes, reasonably priced - yes. I didn't ask which kinds of lens they used, what kind of quality. Other: none of the hinges on their frames did not seem to have a spring. Not a dealbreaker for me, just an observation.”Read moreShow less
