“The facility is clean and well maintained. I understand they rent space to therapists but may I suggest you, (owner of Okanagan Sage Wellness), maybe choose better practitioners as this reflects on your facility. Mercedes Giddens-Costa is the worst massage therapist i have ever been to. I left after my appointment with her and was so frustrated that I had just wasted my money for someone to do absolutely nothing but set her hands on my legs, back and face and leave them sit there for 20 mins. This is also going to sound horrible but im being honest. That woman needs to learn some basic hygiene when it comes to the smell of her breath. Was horrid!!!!
