“Second time visiting Linda Smith to help reduce pain in a hyper-mobile thumb joint. Within minutes, she made a custom moulded stint for me and I was out the door. “Quentin Trollip has provided me with excellent treatment, recovery exercises and advice for workplace and sport related injuries. I have seen him for pretty much every type of injury, including those requiring X-rays. He has helped me understand what the injury is and the realistic outcomes of treatment. He is also very very good at communicating with my GP when necessary, as well as explaining to me what my GP has said but in far more detail and with exercises to follow if needed! “It was a fast but worthwhile hour starting with a very friendly but professional front office, Quinten was to the point, thorough and quickly diagnosed and treated my two issues. I left with a plan to follow some simple stretches which in one week made a remarkable difference in my pain and range of motion. “I my finger and the ER doctor recommended this business for hand therapy.I was to have Linda Smith and she was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She asked lot's of questions so she could understand what happened and ensured her treatment program was successful.she offered sound advice and was very clear about what exercises to do and how to do each one and she showed me how to do them. She was extremely encouraging . I was very pleased with the outcome of the appointment and she thought my recovery would be very good and would be successful. She gave me a sheet with the exercises and instructions on how many to do. She is going to do a follow up appointment in two weeks.
