“I met Elizabeth many years ago while she was working at a studio in St Albert, I was lucky enough to get her during a couples massage with my husband. I have not seen another therapist since! She helped me throughout my whole pregnancy, and after when I had issues with my spine requiring surgery. After she left the studio in St Albert, my husband and I began supporting her cute home-based business and we have never left disappointed. “Elizabeth is THE best massage I have ever had! The pressure is perfect, the ability if you want more is there too. Owned and operated by herself. Clean, comfortable and relaxing! I have needed extra help with a few tension spots, and cupping and acupuncture therapy were amazing adjuncts to have handy for those spots!
