“Had an awesome physio session yesterday! The therapist Caoimhe was super friendly, easy to talk to, and actually took the time to figure out what was going on with my pain (I have a list LOL). They explained everything in a way that made sense and showed me a few exercises I can actually stick to. I walked out feeling way better than when I came in, and the whole vibe of the clinic was chill and welcoming. I already booked my appointments for the next two weeks online. “I Highly recommend ODP Rehab Clinic. Excellent service by all Staff, especially the owner/physiotherapist Caoimhe. Their hands on approach is by far the best treatment you could receive. “Started coming here in Dec 2025 initially for a knee injury and since then a forearm and ankle (accident prone? Maybe!). I have seen many physios but never have I had a better initial assessment to the thorough hands on treatment and remedial exercises provided. Highly recommend! “I worked with Caoimhe to rehab my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. The initial assessment, treatment plan and rehab program were professionally done and clearly explained. My path to a full recovery has only been possible because of the exceptional level of skill and knowledge Caoimhe exhibits as a physiotherapist. The ODP Rehab facility offers a variety of services including physio, nutrition counselling, RMT, and Chinese medicine. There is a friendly, caring atmosphere among the staff.
