“I had a wonderful experience with my XERF treatment today at the clinic.Janice was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took great care while cleansing my skin and performed every step of the treatment with exceptional attention to detail. She also took the time to thoroughly explain how XERF works and answered all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the process.The clinic itself is elegant, beautiful, and at the same time very warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches. During the treatment, Janice even checked if I needed to use the washroom, prepared slippers and a robe for me, and placed a pillow under my knees so I could stay comfortable during the hours treatment. Those little details really made a difference.The front desk staff were also very kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Janice prepared after care and gave face mask.I’m also very happy with my immediate XERF results so far, and I look forward to seeing the continued improvement over the coming weeks. “Sandra is an incredible technician and aesthetician, I cannot say enough good things about her, she is so knowledgeable on all of Oceanside Medical Aesthetics many machines and lasers, not to mention that she is also very kind and was very patient answering the questions that I had. She was able to explain everything to me and the LPG treatment was fantastic. I have made another appointment to see Sandra in 2 weeks for an additional LPG treatment and a facial.
