“From the beginning I would like to thank all the staff of this clinic for the excellent service, and the great behavior to the clients. My very special thanks go to doctor Muzina for the very detailed explanation and the work she did with high professionalism and free pain. I went two weeks ago to see Dr. Muzina to take out my bottom side tooth which was more than half broken. When she saw that she smiled and said: "no we will make that tooth to look and you to feel as you have a new one". After around half hour of her excellent work (I didn't even feel any pain at all) she said, it's done. After some advices, how I should take care for a couple of days, I left. Now I am very happy, that my broken tooth looks and works like new and normal. Thank you again Dr. Muzina. I would strongly recommend anyone with teeth issues to go and see the Ocean side dental clinic in Parksville!”Read moreShow less

“Very nice, knowledgeable and professional staff starting from front desk all the way to the doctors and hygienists! Dr. Muzina has always been so great with my young kids, and our family actually looks forward to going to the dentist now! “I went for an examination of my teeth today to find out what I needed done. The staff are amazing and straight forward and explain everything regarding what I will need to be fix. Very pleasant experience today thanks again Oceanside Dental Centre 😊”

“Dentist is nice, front staff are awfull. I deleted my first review because I blasted them individually by name, but that's not fair to the dentist and the others that work there. M & D at the front desk tried to gaslight me into taking responsibility for them not doing their jobs. Hygienist S took a condescending tone with me which was not appreciated. I was a long term patient who has now moved her chart to another practice, to a dental office that does pre authorizations prior to performing work so there are no "surprises" at check out. This review is from The lady of the household, my husband has not had the same experience and will continue to be a patient. I have a zero tollerance for this kind of behaviour.”Read moreShow less

“Prompt, kind, and caring. I had a dental emergency and unbearable pain. They had me come in right away. Mr. Muzina is incredibly thorough. The receptionist was kind and compassionate as well. Highly recommend them!”

“Wow what a great dental experience. I came in looking to have a tooth pulled and left with a plan to have several extractions, fillings, and a partial denture. What changed my course of thinking is my confidence in Dr. Muzina’s abilities and her detailed explanation of my condition and the several options offered. No sales pressure, no scare tactics, just true professional advice supported by x-rays and experience. Was incredibly impressed by not only Dr. Muzina but by the friendliness and competence of technician Chloe and front office staffers Darlene and Michelle. You just get a sense that they all work as a true team and are united in their goal of achieving great customer experiences like I had. They’ve definitely earned my trust and patronage and I will be singing their praises to everyone I know. ———————————————— Just had all my work done and wish I could give 6 stars. I’ve been to many dentists in my lifetime but Dr. Muzina is the most gentle, caring, and talented dentist I’ve ever had. Today I had 4 tooth extractions and a filling all done in one session. Assisted by technician extraordinaire Rebecca, Dr. Muzina completed everything and I didn’t feel a thing. Not even the freezing needles. Less than two hours later, the bleeding has stopped completely, the freezing is almost worn off and I’m at home eating a Wendy’s chocolate frosty. lol Couldn’t have been a better experience!”Read moreShow less

“I've have never been treated so horribly by the office staff. My appointment for cleanings has been cancelled twice in one year . The level of incompetence from that woman matches her refusal to take responsiblity. She trys to gas lighting her way out of her mistakes with lies by putting her mistakes back on me while I have hand written appointment cards with the date and time in her writing.
