“Connecting with Lisa at Ocean Therapy was one of the best decisions I made in my postpartum recovery. She helped me bridge the gap between caring for my baby and caring for myself. I finally feel like I have a sustainable routine and I’m actually enjoying motherhood rather than just surviving it. I highly recommend it.”
