Cancellation & Re-Scheduling Notice Requirements
Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and Counselling appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling.
Naturopathic Medicine, Medical Aesthetics, and Laser Hair Removal appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling.
Appointments cancelled without the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All first-time IV Therapy patients are required to book a 15-minute consultation either prior to, or together with, their initial IV appointment. Please notify the clinic if you have difficult veins, anxiety, or a history of fainting related to blood draws or IV therapy.
Laser Hair Removal Consult Requirement
All first-time Laser Hair Removal patients are required to book a 30-minute consultation prior to treatment.

“I had a laser treatment done with a laser tech at Oasis Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve had some very negative experiences with laser hair removal in the past, including being burned at other clinics, so I was understandably nervous going into treatment. The technician took the time to thoroughly understand my history, skin concerns, and previous reactions before starting. She was incredibly careful, double-checking everything and ensuring that the products and treatment settings were appropriate for me. I felt listened to, respected, and safe throughout the entire process. The results were amazing. No burns, no irritation, and the treatment itself was surprisingly comfortable. The laser technology they use is honestly one of the best I’ve experienced, and I’ve had a lot of laser hair removal treatments over the years. Beyond the treatment itself, the clinic is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The space feels professional while still being warm and relaxing.
