“The table was painfully hard. On my stomach I was able to work through the pain of my breasts being crushed against a hard surface. Once I had to flip onto my back, with my bubble butt and no table padding, and keep my arms up it undid everything that was just worked out of my back. I left in more pain than I had coming in, $105 lighter, no salts, and no exercises or stretches for my sciatic despite saying twice my physio only gave me work for my shoulders. I wish I hadn't gone at all, or that I was better able to advocate for myself in the moment.”Read moreShow less
