“Its a very nice combo of nursing home+ retirement home almost brand new , great facility even double rooms make you feel like if they were single a wall dive your room from the next person so you have total privacy, there is a private bathroom in each single and double room( in double rooms 2 share 1 bathrooms ) it super clean, staff is amazing, food is delicious and lots of it , I hope that I never have to be in one but if I had my choices and had to go to one it would Definitely be my choice #1”Read moreShow less

“We visited Oakwood Commons and had a disappointing experience. When we arrived, we tried to enter and knock on the door, but no one opened it for us. Even though there were three PSWs standing at the reception area, they saw us but did not come to assist or open the door. We felt ignored and unwelcome in that moment. A simple acknowledgment or assistance would have made a big difference. Better communication and attentiveness at the entrance would really improve the experience for visitors.”Read moreShow less
