“I was suffering from Osteoarthritis on both my knees and having so much difficulty walking. A friend recommended Oakville Physiotherapy Centre where he had just completed his own treatment. When I entered the Centre, Ali greeted me warmly at the reception. He helped with my registration, scheduling and billing with kindness and warm smile and answered all my questions with clarity. Amparo, the physiotherapy assistant, is very energetic and spirited. She makes sure I do all the exercises correctly and encourages me to keep doing them at home so I would feel better. She has a genuine concern for my recovery. Pooja, my physiotherapist, is the greatest of all physiotherapists in my experience. I have been to other therapists, and she proves to be the best. She plans and schedules my treatment regiment, which helps make me feel better. She recommends that I get shock-wave therapy which eases my pain remarkably. With empathy, she gives me all the time I need during my session. She is very thoughtful. It is said that people who show you compassion and whom you trust help uplift your spirit, improve your health and take away some of your physical pain. These three people prove the saying to be true. To Pooja, Amparo & Ali, I truly appreciate all that you do. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. “I met Dina and I had a severe pain in my feet, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Dina's warm and welcoming me . “First experiecne here: I had a massage booked with Nana today and this was hands down the BEST MASSAGE I have ever had. 10/10 no joke. She is so knowledgeable, skilled and put me at complete ease. She made me feel comfortable and It felt 100% easy to relax around her. I will be going back and would recommend seeing Nana to anyone of my friends or family. :) The nice front staff direct billed my insurance, making the experience seamless!
