“Stephanie has been my massage therapist for several years now, and I can’t recommend her enough. I actually followed her from Spa Utopia at the Pan Pacific to Oakridge Massage Centre because her treatments are that good. She is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely. She always takes the time to understand what’s going on with my body and tailors each session to exactly what I need that day. With long hours of sitting at work combined with lots of hiking, running, and cycling, there’s almost always some pain, tightness, or imbalance that needs attention. Somehow she always finds the problem spots and works them out—it honestly feels like magic. After every session, I leave feeling noticeably better: more mobile, relaxed, and restored. “David is an excellent RMT. I came to him for a bad shoulder injury so looking more for mobilization and increasing range of motion. He was able to help me increase my shoulder range within 2 sessions. Although it was painful to get the shoulder moving, it was good to release all the tightness and encapsulation which allowed me to go back to my sports.
