“I came in with a sore/stiff neck due to improper form during a workout session. Karen was very gentle but thorough with her massage technique, applying the right amount of pressure needed to tackle my knots. Karen made sure I was as comfortable as possible during our appointment together which I really appreciated. The rest of the staff were very friendly and I’m sure would provide the same safe experience as Karen did for myself. I found the place to be very well kept and quite new/ modern, creating a very zen environment for clients. I’ll definitely be back (already have an appointment booked)! Thanks again!”

“I had an excellent experience with physiotherapist Adrian Smith. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about his clients’ recovery and well-being. From the very first session, he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the treatment plan clearly, and make me feel comfortable and supported. His treatments were very effective, and I noticed a significant improvement in my pain and mobility. Adrian is also very encouraging and provides helpful exercises and advice to continue progress at home. The clinic atmosphere was welcoming, and every visit was a positive experience. “I broke my shoulder and have been going to see Adrian at OAK Physio for the past several weeks to get my shoulder and arm moving again. I highly recommend him - he's very thoughtful with his goals for each session and is great about checking in with me to make sure I'm getting what I need out of the sessions. He was also very open to working with my limited physio coverage and makes sure we time my sessions thoughtfully so I can get the most out of physio without having to do tons of sessions out of pocket. It's a nice physio office and my experiences with everyone there have been great!”

“Have seen Jayson Le twice for two different issues. And I have had multiple appointments with him to resolve these issues. One was lower body and one was upper body. He is a very friendly and understanding person. He actually listens to you and truly cares about you. He explains concepts to you in plain English and shows you photos on his laptop to ensure that you understand the nature of your rehab challenge. He also volunteers to send you follow up emails with instructions and/or videos about the exercises and techniques that he covers off with you during each in-person session. You never have to wait for extended periods of time in the clinic's waiting room as they respect appointment times. Scheduling appointments is very smooth if you sign up to the clinic's tool (website) -- the appointment goes right into your smartphone calendar. The clinic also validates parking. Location is perfect in downtown Mississauga, across from Square One. Highly recommend.”

“Great place for massages! The booking process is literally the most seamless I have ever experienced. Everything is done online. The staff is SUPER friendly, very attentive and great group of professionals. At reception, Sybil makes you feel *very* welcomed! Such a calm presence at reception. Amber, the Massage Therapist, knows what she's doing. I went in with some upper back/neck pain and after the first massage session, Amber gave me some stretches to do, to further help with the pain. Within the week, the stretches paid off! The neck drastically decreased and at one point it was gone. I've already been back 3-4 times, I can't remember. Highly highly recommend. If you're in the fence, I hope this review nudges you in the right direction.”

They were very accommodating with scheduling and always made me feel comfortable during my visits.
