Zoe is an amazing acupuncture/Chinese medicine/bodywork practitioner. Each session with her is relaxing, healing and insightful. I am continually impressed with her knowledge of the healing arts, and her calming energy. My lower back pain has all but disappeared in just several weeks due to her insightful and healing therapies.

Zoe is an incredibly gifted Acupuncturist. I have been receiving ongoing sessions from her over the past year and note a remarkable difference in my overall state of being- more energized and less stressed ;) the sessions have supported with some digestive issues, menstrual cycle regulation and bringing my nervous system out of an overly activated state. She is highly intuitive, asks just the right questions to get to the heart of the matter and holds deep space for whatever is present. And weaves in personal recommendations- plants, practices etc.- for support outside of sessions. I always feel incredibly cared for, heard and tended to after our sessions. I would recommend anyone to work with Zoe if seeking support for total mind, body, soul wellbeing.

Zoe offers a generous and highly attuned support for whatever you're walking with. They have practiced and deeply integrated many modalities of healing and nervous system support, and are able to offer a layered and specialized map to guide you back to wellness.

Zoe is very knowledgeable and a good listener. She treated my tendinitis and anxiety and relieved both of them. Very professional.

I was met with sincere depth of compassion and skilled empathy in my first session as well as empowered with relevant information which deepened my own understanding of my unique challenges. Zoe is in my opinion an earth angel who can help you feel deeper connection with yourself, and nature, while assisting you in achieving greater wellness through the various techniques and talents and working knowledge of accupuncture/chinese medicine, the cycles of the seasons, and how to optimize your own sense of wellness on your journey. Zoe is a truly gifted and talented wellness practitioner and I recommend her.

Until 3 weeks ago, I had never had acupuncture or cupping; after 2 sessions and chatting with Zoë I am a firm believer in her abilities and knowledge, and consequently because of her, the craft she practices and Chinese medicine in general. The relief I have received from this new experience has me at a loss of words; but as this is a review and testament I will just try to impress upon the reader that Zoë has that unique skill-set that combines her passion as a healer, mixed with a warmth of someone who listens and explains her thinking, and the down right coolness of ninja shoe wearing miracle worker who has my complete endorsement. Try if you're sore, tired, bored, or curious. Worth every cent!

Zoë is so wise and adept, and her acupuncture sessions land in my being as pure magic. Her sensitivity to what is alive in me, her attunement to the moment, the points, meridians and issues she is treating, the Traditional Medicine she is carrying, and her way is all beautifully integrated within her being. I have been recieving acupuncture for over 20 years and Zoë is one of my all-time favourite practitioners.
