“I began seeing Tina last year (2022) when I started to experience a painful sensation in my right leg. In fact, it wasn't so much painful as it felt as though I had, at times, hot or cold water running down the leg, along with numbness, along with a crawling sensation in the leg. Tina was able to work on this issue for me and, after just a few sessions with her, this sensation was completely gone! She also had a chance to work on 3 other issues that I have had for awhile. I had pain and numbness on the side of my head which was also alleviated after Tina began my treatment plan. As well, Tina was able to work on a recently diagnosed pain which was causing a high degree of pain near my belly button. Thankfully, through some localized treatments, the pain was not only manageable but it disappeared altogether! Finally, I have been a long time sinus sufferer, but Tina was also able to work on my sinus congestion! In fact, if I see Tina at the early onset of the cold, I manage to avoid the congestion to which I had become so accustomed. Tina is a true lifesaver and lifechanger! I feel such a sense of ease going into her very welcoming and calming office. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and she creates a customized plan for each individual. There is no cookie cutter approach with Tina! She takes the time to listen and her positive attitude and no nonsense attitude is so refreshing. “Tina is a gem I’m very happy I found. I came to her after not having much success with medicine, was open to explore if acupuncture would help me, and now over a year into my treatments with Tina my condition is better than ever. “I never could have imagined how much my life would change, for the better, when I walked into Tina Vouloumanos' office, 5 months ago. I was at a stage where I had tried every type of therapy: physical therapy, massotherapy, osteopathy, muscle activation therapy, naturopathy...and nothing could sufficiently provide me with an end to the debilitating pain I was suffering daily. I was at a stage of feeling hopeless and of feeling resigned to the fact that, at the age of 48, constant pain would forever be my reality. This reality was extremely difficult for me to accept because not only do I have 2 young children to care for, but I have spent my life prioritizing health and well-being as well as remaining extremely physically active. The last decade of my life has, however, been plagued with multiple debilitating diagnoses. Early onset osteoporosis and arthritis, multi-level degenerative spine disease, severe cervical spinal stenosis, as well as severe cervical neural foraminal stenosis, multiple thoracic and lumbar spine disc herniations, scoliosis, spondylosis and hip bursitis. Many doctors and specialists told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to learn to live with my multitude of conditions and manage the constant pain through cortisone shots and pain medication. Then suddenly, relief and hope came in the form of an amazingly skilled, knowledgeable, thorough and caring acupuncturist named Tina. I came to hear about Tina from my brother-in-law and my dad, both of whom have been fortunate beneficiaries of Tina's skilled care. I figured she would be my last hope at regaining my life - a life that had gone from being physically active to barely being able to get out of bed in the morning. The decision to go see Tina was one I have been grateful for every day since the day I walked into her office. She has been a true blessing and Godsend to me! Tina is not only extremely experienced, in her field, but she also takes the time to sit down with you and to truly listen, with not only compassion, but with intent. She analyzes every detail of your story and she takes time to customize a well thought out and individualized plan based on your needs and based on the treatment she believes is best suited for you. She then takes the time to fully explain your treatment plan and to explain her reasoning behind it. She also helps explain the "mechanics" behind acupuncture and how it works to help heal your body. She invests and immerses herself into your case and she leaves you feeling well cared for and well understood. You can easily tell she has a passion for her profession and she is eager to share it with you. Very quickly, she puts you at ease and has you feeling as though you are in the company of a friend. She is extremely authentic about outcomes and prognoses and does not waste your time. She helps lift your limitations, but also provides you with realistic expectations and sound advice as to which activities should be avoided based on your condition. I have placed my care, into Tina's very capable hands, and, throughout my treatment, there have been times I have had questions concerning the process, but she sits down and very patiently addresses each of my concerns and she answers each of my questions in an open, clear and caring manner. She has given me back my life in a way I thought was lost to me forever. My mobility has increased dramatically and my pain level has decreased greatly. Now, even when there are challenging days, the pain does not last because she has helped give my body the ability to bounce back quickly! Just recently, I suffered from an excruciating torn tendon, in my elbow, and following just one session, with Tina, I was much improved and, by the third session, I was completely pain-free. I cannot thank Tina enough because she has not only helped heal my body, but she has also helped heal my anxiety and fear caused by what I thought was a dismal future outlook. “Going to Tina was one of the best decisions in my life!! For more than a year I had mastalgia (severe breast tenderness) and I couldn’t enjoy basic things like working out or even hugging my kids… My doctor had recommended that I take the birth control pill to regulate my hormones, but I was looking for something natural with no side effects. “I was recently diagnosed with Diabetic Neuropathy(chronic sensory pain). I spent most of my time curled up in my bed crying, feeling sorry for myself as I believed that I had to suffer from this pain for the rest of my life. Not only did I have physical pain, I also lacked sleep because of it! Tina took the time to better understand what I was going through & adapted my treatments as we moved forward. “In Greek mythology the Goddess of healing was named Panacea, I am starting a petition to have it changed to Constantina Vouloumanos, she is truly a miracle worker. I have been seeing her for various issues regarding my back and neck for a few years and she has helped me regain form and function, she is not only a truly knowledgeable healer but takes the time to truly explain what the treatments are and how they work. She genuinely cares about her patients well being and wants nothing more than for them to fully heal. “If you are looking for not a good, but an AMAZING acuponcturist, go no further! Tina is heaven sent. I wrote to her after being diagnosed with PCOS and hadn't had a period in over four months. After contacting her, she immediately reassured me and explained the whole process she would be doing. From the first meeting, I loved her, she is nurturing, calm, funny and really knows what she's doing. After one month of treatment my period finally came back. “Constantina is a true professional, an amazing listener and a really nice person!! She took her time to allow me to explain my issues and she asked many questions to get me talking, so that my situation can be fully assessed. She was very patient with me and always made me feel comfortable. Constantina took the time to explain the procedure and what I also need to do outside of our acupuncture appointments. I felt her approach was holistic. I suffered from lower back problems, chronic pain and stress. She has a very gentle touch and a calm energy which made me feel at ease and actually enjoy the procedure! I felt better right away and saw clear results after a few sessions.
