If you are a NEW PATIENT to our clinic or you are a current patient booking in to see a practitioner that you have not seen before at our clinic we ask that you schedule an initial appointment. NATUROPATHIC PATIENTS - If you are a current patient scheduling a follow up, we ask that you refer to your prior treatment plan to ensure you are scheduling the time recommended by your practitioner. If you are a patient who has not been in for over 1 year to see your practitioner, we ask that you schedule a 60 minute follow up. If you are a current patient who has not been in for 2+ years we ask that you scheduled an initial appointment with your practitioner. If you are unsure of what appointment is right for you, please contact the clinic for support.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BOOKINGS – Reception will reach out to you directly to obtain this information.
CANCELLATION POLICY – Your appointment has been scheduled especially for you, if you are unable to make your appointment, we require 24-HOURS NOTICE for all cancellations. All missed appointments and ones not cancelled before this time are subject to charge for the full cost of the appointment plus hst. An invoice will be provided for all last-minute cancellations and missed appointments to be paid within 24 hours, if payment is not received within that time, we will process the payment with your credit card on file and provide you with the paid invoice and pos receipt. “Please note:” If you arrive late to your appointment, the full appointment fee will still apply. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter.

I was looking for someone who could help me navigate the complexities of fertility, and I truly believe I couldn’t have conceived naturally without her expertise. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a root-cause approach that yields results. “I started seeing Dr. Jessica approximately 4 years ago and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her staff members. It is one of my greatest blessings to have had her guidance in this wondrous adventure called life. She has not only helped heal me physically but also on a deep spiritual level. She is such an amazing human being with an incredible gift of healing. Also, Mandy, at the front desk, is incredible! She is always full of good positive energy when I go in for my appointments and super helpful. “Dr. Victoria is absolutely the best ND I've met. Throughout my fertility journey, she has been extremely understanding and met my needs at each step of the way. She has helped me through preconception, birth and postpartum with her knowledge and hands-on expertise. She has been patient and kind when I had difficulty getting pregnant. Today I have a healthy 8 month old daughter and I am so grateful to Dr. Victoria for it. Dr. Victoria also specializes in lymphatic massage that helps with postpartum swelling and pushing out excess fluids and toxins from the body. It took me many months to recover from my c-section scarring and recovery and this massage helped with my abdominal swelling and sensitively around my incision. She also makes home visits and makes it extremely easy to book her! I have recommended Dr. Victoria to friends and family. Book her ASAP you won’t be disappointed! “I just adore Dr. Jessica and her team at Lakeside Natural Health Centre! I have struggled with hormonal/gut issues for years and so I went to Dr. Jessica and she has helped me immensely with all of my issues. She is so knowledgeable, caring and thorough and is always willing to assist me. Mandy is always helpful and very prompt at responding and assisting with scheduling my appointments. I feel super comfortable and the atmosphere is great as well as being flexible with virtual appointments. “I have really good experience at Lakeside Natural Health Centre. Dr Jessica is very professional, caring and knows how to treat her patients. Her diagnose skills are really good. She really took care of me when I really needed help with my pain and inflammation. “I would like to say that I have been a patient at Lakeside Natural Health Centre for a couple of years now and I only have great things to say about this natural health centre. Dr. Jessica and Dr. Lisa are amazing and are very knowledgeable. They listen, explain things clearly to you, and work on a plan in which you are both comfortable with.
