You get an X-ray before treatment, you get an X-ray after treatment, you can buy a follow up X-ray whenever you're ready. You. Can. SEE. The benefits. I didn't come here for my neck, I came for my low back, my foot, and my knee. I am in great physical condition, but there were injuries I couldn't shake, when I saw my neck I finally understood why. After fixing my neck many issues simply resolved, issues I had no idea were related. If you have a physical body do yourself a favor and try this. If you're reading this review you're ready and it's worth it. Edit: It has been one year since my initial x-rays I got another one to check on my progress. A lot of the changes held, but one of them didn't. Dr. Thompson did an adjustment based on my new x-rays and I can tell it worked because the tight spot in my neck is gone (it's been two weeks and it's still gone). The reason that the one change didn't hold is 100% because of a leg length discrepancy, so this year is a chicken and egg search - did my neck become crooked because my right leg is shorter or is my right leg shorter because my neck is crooked (my leg is shorter because my muscles are pulling and jamming it up in my hip socket not because the bones are a different length).”

“After suffering from increasing intense migraines with no reprieve, I found Dr Thompson and discovered my atlas was misaligned by 12 degrees! Started treatments with him and had immediate relief. My migraines have dissipated substantially - I’ve gone from having a 3 day migraine once every week to 2 weeks, to now only once a month to 2 months, and I’m confident as we continue on my treatment plan I’ll reduce those to zero. He is trustworthy and extremely experienced with his care. I tried everything, but this has actually brought resolution to my issues. His technique is non-invasive and no “neck cracking”. It’s simple but extremely effective. I would highly recommend.”

“I started to see Dr. Thomson a few months ago after suffering for over 10 years with chronic upper neck pain following 3 car accidents. I had been under care with a pain doctor receiving facet block injections directly into my spine every 8 weeks for the last 9+ years in an effort to treat the pain. While attending a chronic pain presentation I learned about Nucca Chiro. I asked around and Dr. Thomson’s name kept coming up as “the guy”. After a few months under his care, I’ve now made the decision to cancel my next facet block injection because my pain has decreased SUBSTANTIALLY. I’m optimistic that I will no longer require these injections going forward because of the help I have received through Dr. Thomson. I wish I had known about this type of care 10 years ago. I highly recommend Dr. Thomson for help relieving upper neck pain… he’s quite literally changed my life.”
