“This was my second visit to NTO today, where I worked on new exercises as part of my recovery. Leo, our physiotherapist, is gentle, knowledgeable, and patient—he carefully demonstrated each exercise step by step for both my mom and me. David, our RMT, has amazing hands and great strength. He was able to target almost all the aching points in my back, helping to ease my muscle stiffness significantly. NTO is a wonderful wellness center with an excellent atmosphere. At every visit, we are greeted with warmth and friendliness by the receptionist, whose positive attitude truly makes a difference. “I have been David's client for years and I truly think he is the best message therapist I've ever come across. If you are looking for a professional massage therapist with great knowledge and experience, David is absolutely the one. My job is both mentally and physically demanding. David's massage treatment is definitely therapeutic and healing. He always starts with a thorough assessment prior to the treatment and works out the most appropriate plan with his clients. The pressure he applied to the possible injured tissue is just right, tolerable and therapeutic at the same time. After the treatment, I always feel the pain is relieved, my stress is gone and whole body is relaxed. Of course, before I leave, he always teaches me some exercises for recovery and prevention.
