“Jason Liang, Physiotherapist and RMT is very good. He drastically improved by frozen shoulder last year. For massage, he knows how to locate , target and tackle the trouble areas. He is very experienced, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Jason.”

“I had an amazing maternity massage with Jeanette! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely taken care of. The space was calming, clean, and welcoming, and Jeanette was incredibly attentive to all the pregnancy discomforts I’ve been dealing with. She knew exactly how much pressure to use, focused on my back and hips, and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable with the positioning. I first began my healing journey for my shoulder with Cathy Salvo, who helped me regain strength and movement I didn’t think was possible. Later, Jeanette guided me through treatment for my hips, and her expertise made a huge difference in my recovery and overall comfort. “I felt very welcome and at ease from the moment I stepped in. Jeannette is extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the treatment. My back was extremely sore and tight and even after a single session I felt significantly better. “I highly recommend booking an appointment for massage/athletic therapy with Jeannette! She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and has provided me with effective treatment for many years. I'm thrilled to know that she has co-founded her own clinic in Markham! The clinic is bright and clean. There's a waiting area with seats, and gym equipment such as a stationary bike, treadmill, wall mounted squat rack & bench, exercise balls, etc. You'll be in good hands! Update (two years after my initial post) : Happy to confirm that this clinic is thriving with some of the best practitioners in the city! I always feel better after a treatment.
