“I truly don't have the words to express how grateful I am to have found Tracey. Looking back, it honestly feels like finding her was meant to happen. I first came to Tracey after surgery for post-operative manual lymphatic drainage, hoping to ease my recovery, speed my healing, improve my results, and resolve the complications I was experiencing. From our very first appointment, I knew she was different. She has an incredible ability to listen—not only to what you tell her, but to what your body is telling her. For example, today at our session, before I had even finished explaining everything I was feeling/experiencing, she had already recognized patterns and areas of concern related to a long standing condition I have. What amazes me most is that Tracey never treats just the obvious problem. While she is expertly helping me through my post-surgical recovery, she also began addressing deeper, chronic issues that had been affecting my body for decades. Her understanding of the lymphatic system, combined with her intuitive approach and the many healing modalities she incorporates, allows her to treat the body as a whole rather than simply chasing symptoms. She treats the entire system, not just the acute issue. Every treatment feels purposeful, personalized, and focused on true healing. The improvements I've experienced have been beyond what I ever expected. I leave every appointment feeling lighter, more comfortable, and with a sense that my body is finally moving in the right direction after years of struggling. More than the physical relief, Tracey has given me something I didn't realize I was missing—hope that these long-standing issues can actually improve. She is a wealth of knowledge and I love that she teaches me techniques I can do on my own to heal between sessions. “I woke up today (after my session with Tracy yesterday) feeling like the tightness in my chest and tension in my shoulders, that I've been struggling with for a while, had released so much that my collarbones look like they've raised up and back.
