“The facility is inviting and comfortable. I like that the rooms are separated and much more private than other places I've gone to receive treatment. The girl on the front desk is always so pleasant, unfortunately, she is changing careers and will be leaving. Hoping that the next person will be just as welcoming. Good Customer Service starts from the moment you are greeted when walking in the door. My treatment with Alex is going well. From my first appointment, he has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me recover. He takes time to listen, explains everything clearly, and creates treatment plans that are tailored to my needs. I feel real improvements because of his guidance. “Dr. Hebb was a big help with the piriformus pain I had been dealing with. He took the time to explain what was going on and showed me a few simple exercises to do at home that actually worked. I noticed improvement pretty quickly. I also appreciated that he followed up afterward to see how things were progressing. “Have had the fortune of being one of Dr. Hebb’s patients since he started at the clinic in 2024. Coming off surgery, Dr. Hebb took a thorough approach in assessing my movement and identifying the underlying imbalances that were leading to symptoms. His deep understanding of biomechanics then allows him to build an individualized treatment plan to get you back to moving pain-free. Alex (my physiotherapist) was so helpful in not just addressing my pain issues but also thoroughly explaining what was causing the pain and why/how his treatment would help fix it.
