“I originally had a very positive impression of Nova Physiotherapy. The staff seemed professional, welcoming, and caring, and I truly believed this was a great place for treatment. However, unfortunately, my experience toward the end was disappointing. There was a time when my appointment was cancelled by the clinic, even though I had arranged my entire day around it and made sure to be available. But when I had to cancel an appointment myself, I was asked to pay a fee. Honestly, this does not seem fair or reasonable — if my time can be wasted without consequence, why should I be charged for doing the same? I believe this kind of double standard is not appropriate for a professional clinic. That said, my opinion about Mr. Mohammad remains the same. He is an excellent, friendly, and highly professional person who genuinely cares about his patients and always tries to provide the best possible treatment. Overall, while there are positive aspects, this experience left me with mixed feelings.”

“My son broke his collarbone and we were told Nova Physio was the place to go! We asked to see Jessica as our friend felt she would be best suited for my son's injury. She was so thorough, very kind and super informative. She understood what my son's goals were and made a plan for him to follow to get him healed up and back on the ice. We appreciate what she did and also loved how she was open to commincation down the road if we require it. Felt like she really cared about his recovery. Front desk staff was equally kind and pleasant to deal with each visit.”

“Scheduling an appointment is quite easy. The staff is very friendly Me and my husband both are consulting Jessica who has very good knowledge with different therapies. For our shoulder and elbow concerns Jessica treats us well. Sarah is amazing with her knowledge to deal with my kneepit pain which is bothering my exercise and physical activity.”
