“I can’t say enough good things about the dream team at Nottawa Health. I’ve been seeing Brock, the osteopath, since 2018, and he has been nothing short of life changing. He truly listens…really takes the time to understand what’s going and somehow always knows exactly what needs to be adjusted or supported. Plus, he laughs at all my jokes, which in my books, is worth the price of admission in itself. ;) Jen, the physiotherapist, is equally incredible. Her expertise, encouragement, and thoughtful, down-to-earth approach makes sessions feel productive, supportive, and genuinely positive. Together, Brock and Jen make an unbeatable healing duo. And for me personally, one of the little joys is when their gentle super cute dog, Tiko, is around. He’s calm, quiet, SO SOFT, and always respectful of everyone’s space, and as someone who absolutely adores him, it’s always a treat when he makes an appearance (which is NOT often enough!) “Jen at Nottawa Health has been so great! I walked in with an extremely sore collar bone and shoulder. They got me in for an appointment within 5 days. After the first visit it felt alot better and after the second, it feels amazing!
