“I blind bought two pairs of titanium sunglasses online that ended up being way too tight around my temples. Within about 10 minutes of walking in, Eileen had both pairs adjusted to the point that they are actually comfortable to wear now. She did it completely free of charge and was incredibly kind and helpful about the whole thing. It was a night and day difference from my experience at LensCrafters the day before. Even though their head company own the brand of one of my pairs, their optician refused to adjust them, and belittled for buying the wrong size… Eileen had no problem helping me and completely saved two expensive pairs of sunglasses that I thought I might not be able to wear. I dont need prescription glasses yet, but Not Another Eye Store has absolutely won me over. If I ever need glasses in the future, this will be the first place I go. Definitely support this independent boutique!”

“Fantastic shop! Eileen, the optician who helped me, is so knowledgeable and very friendly. Fixed my glasses that I got somewhere else and refused to charge me anything. I asked her advice while I was there and she took time to answer my questions even though I wasn't buying anything. This kind of service is so rare these days. Will be back and I definitely recommend!”

“I had broken the arms of my glasses by laying on top of them and the store I got them from said they weren’t able to fix it. I came across this store and sent them an email with pictures to see if it was doable. They responded promptly and told me to come in anytime! I came in the next day and had them fixed in 10 mins! The staff there are super friendly and welcoming. The customer service I experienced here is so rare now adays that this will be my new place to go from now on! Thank you so much!”

“I walked in to this store to just quickly replace the nose piece on my glasses, it was bright and very welcoming. The man which I’m not sure if he was the owner, had his dog there who was so super cute and friendly and loving and he was very respectful to make sure I was ok with dogs before letting her say hello. The woman behind the desk fixed my glasses with no questions asked, cleaned them up and didn’t even charge me. I will be back to purchase my next set of glasses here. They have a great selection!”

“This store is a hidden gem nestled in Inglewood, and due to the Google reviews I checked it out. Keeping my expectations in check from multiple previous disappointments and buyers regrets for other stores. The atmosphere of privately owned brick and Mordor local was refreshing. Warm welcoming accommodating with a fantastic selection of current and stylish frames. Customer service was outstanding! The optometrist took great care and attention to what I was wanting. They even offered to assist with Insurance billing. I walked away with 3 new pairs!!! That used to cost me for one. This is the place to go....If your like me a very specific and they don't have it.....ask them...they will most likely get it for you!! Thank you!!”

“Huge thanks for a fantastic experience! All the staff were amazing - very caring, helpful and patient!! I bought 2 pairs of glasses and they were wonderful in helping me choose frames, which were high quality & affordably priced. They also suggested I have 1 pair for distance and computer glasses for the other pair - it's been a game changer for me in being able to see everything better! I also loved that they have Canadian brands and use a local supplier for their lenses. Loved it so much my daughter also bought glasses there. Highly recommend!”
