“So grateful to have found this clinic and Dr Chin. Him and his wife Amanda go above and beyond in their care, the environment is always so welcoming, each person does their very best in their role. I suffered from dental problems for years, in and out of a clinic that seemed to care more about a paycheque than helping, but Dr chin is the complete opposite. Myself and my son had all of our dental work completed and up to date within only a couple months of consistent appointments. “My dental appointments are something I look forward to. The staff are amazing and the dentists bring comfort. I use to have anxiety before appointments but at Norwood it’s no different than a date with friends. They are very community involved and focused. “Norwood Dental is my new dental office as of recent! I’ve been a couple times already & am very impressed with Dr. Chin as well as all of his team! The positive atmosphere along with the professional yet relaxed setting had me at ease as soon as my 1st visit!👍. I have no problem sharing my great experiences with friends & family hoping they take the opportunity & book their 1st appointment one day soon! “Both my children have gone here in the past on multiple occasions. Norwood has been honest and has even catered to us in an emergency when my youngest son needed to have a tooth pulled. “Love this clinic ! The owners amanda and dr chin have always been so kind and welcoming, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the toy room! Amazing place for kids and adults alike. Its not often youre child is excited to return to the dentist after a first visit, but after watching their favorite show and picking out a full size toy afterwards, they cant wait for the next visit! For adults I was given luxurious eye masks to help me relax while I watched my favorite show, a fidget toy to play with, and a personalized hygiene bag packed with goodies at the end of my visit. 10/10 would recommend”Read moreShow less

“I have been going to Dr. Chin since 2018. He is very thorough and explains things to you. He also will not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if he feels it’s over his expertise. The hygienists are very gentle when cleaning and always explain what they are doing. They let you know the condition of your teeth and gums but not in a critical way! “Me and my kids love going to Norwood. They’ve always treated my kids with care. Getting on their level and making sure they are comfortable. The dental assistants and the Dr. Are great and the clinic has done an awesome job to ensure they’re covered everything they need for hospitality. Blankets, drink menu, headphones, streaming platforms, massage chairs and a giant toy room for kids to pick a full size toy to take home. “Had a great experience at this dental office! I moved downtown and was looking for a new dentist and Norwood kept coming up on my feed. I am quite anxious with dental procedures so I decided to give them a try. It went great!! The hygienists and receptionist were all super attentive and kind.
