“Regarding receptionist Loveleel(not sure about spelling) From the first time she called me asking for a different person to set up an appt for my yearly eye exam to nonsensical conversations I have never had a medical office receptionist who makes no sense each interaction I have with her. She also said I have an appt with Dr Wendell but had to see the Dr in your office first . I assume Dr Gill or Kalinowski would refer me after a year and after my eye exam. Setting up my appt for today Oct 2/25 she made the date and time then told me it was for another Dr and not Dr Bobby Gill who I have seen from my previous visits. I could not do the next Tuesday appt time for Dr Gill so went today and saw Dr Kalinowski who was great. When the receptionist was setting me up on the eye exam machines I mentioned numerous time that the height was too high or too low. I mentioned the field of vision machine had fingerprints on the lens and she was not appreciative of having to come around to clean it. After my exam with Dr Kalinowski I came out to see what I’d have to pay and receptionist said do you have third party insurance and I said yes you should have that info..she said go sit down. I waited with dilated eyes for 5 minutes til she figured it out. Then she said I had to come back to your office in a week. I said no I don’t think so. Then she said I was going for cataract surgery. Again I said no. Someone went back to bring Dr Kalinowski to the front and she said no to returning and surgery. Extremely frustrating to deal with her.”Read moreShow less

“At the front desk is Chinchila. Very helpful and friendly. Dr Huyh puts me at ease and explained my condition in simple terms and referred to another specialist who called me within 2 days! Overall amazing experience! Highly recommended!”

“I first visited this store a little over a year ago to buy glasses, and from day one, Chanchila has been absolutely amazing. I used to work in the building, and she always went above and beyond to help me. There were a few times I accidentally bent or broke my glasses, and she would fix them on the spot with so much care and attention. She is incredibly kind, warm, and has excellent customer service. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way she does. I haven’t even seen any doctors here yet, but because of her, I’ll be coming here for all my current and future eye care needs. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be genuinely taken care of, I highly recommend coming here—Chanchila is the best!”Read moreShow less

“This review is regarding the young girl name komalpreet working at the front. I was wonder-struck by the way she treated my parents. She explained them everything with such an empathetic tone that I felt that she treats all patient above all. My mother especially was very nervous as she can’t speak English very well but she handled the situation extremely well. Dr Bains is an amazing doctor.
