“I have great experience with Northview physiotherapy team. Their physiotherapy services are really great. Navneet physiotherapist is amazing. Their front desk staff name Harpreet Kaur is also very co-operative. Her dealing with patients is very nice and polite way. “I have been visiting Northview Physiotherapy since 2018. They have accommodate my appointments in the evenings and also over weekends. Massage and Physiotherapists are awesome. I got lot of relief on my lower back, neck and shoulders after MVA. Upset and other staff at this location are highly professional and friendly. “Not pleased with the service I got at least. First of all I was taken in late for my appointment, despite of having an appointment I was asked to put my name on the walk-in list. To my understanding an initial appointment is charged more then all other regular appointments as it would take more time to know the new pay their history, activity levels, and so no. I was for sure given a form to fill but I was never asked about my active level by the physio when I did try to explain my activity levels how important it was for me to move I was dismissed which I didn’t appreciate. During the assessment rom and movements are assessed to see if there are other issues that causes the pain or problem to determine the route cause but I felt that was lacking. along with that physio her self would have only seen me for about 10-15min for initial appointment which is ridiculous again in my opinion and on top of I was told to stop exercising all together while my injury wasn’t as severe and it was only a lower body injury Also during the assessment it felt like it was rushed an initial assessment only taking up to 10 mins seems a little ridiculous to me. I my initial assessment appointment took me less than 40 mins but I was charged for the full hr. Which is okay I could have complained about less time if I had felt like I was assessed properly and if I was heard. I wouldn’t go back I just believe that’s it’s better to my business elsewhere where I would be assessed properly and my training or activity could be considered rather then been dismissed.”Read moreShow less

“I visited this clinic for a few physiotherapy sessions and left extremely disappointed. While the physiotherapists themselves are skilled and the staff is polite, the management appears to prioritize volume over patient care. They schedule an unreasonable number of appointments at the same time, causing severe delays. A “45-minute session” routinely stretched to nearly two hours. I spent more time waiting in the treatment room doing nothing than actually receiving care — you might as well bring a web series to pass the time. I look forward to going to my sessions. update : The employees came and left just as fast as they came was not happy with that one minute you’re used to someone getting you ready for PHYSIO the next minute they’re gone so it was a revolving door with employees coming and going coming and going.
