“I've been going here for a while now and I have never had a bad experience! I have also never had a doctor take the time to sit down and explain to me what issues are causing what until now. Dr. Murphy listens to his patients and educates them. He makes what is usually a traumatic day for me going to the dentist into a pleasant experience and I find myself smiling by the time I leave. Big shout out to Dr. Murphy and he team for always making me feel cared for. The reception staff is always friendly too and they do their very best to work with you. “I recently had two procedures done that I had put off for way too long. Dr. Santi took the time to discuss the procedures before starting and continued to update me throughout the procedure s all well making sure that I was comfortable. His associate Jess was just as warm and gentle during every interaction. The entire experience of Northland Dental starts as soon as you walk through the door where you are greeted by name. “Before I went to Northland Dental Centre I was terrified to see a dentist. I was always talked down to and they never seemed to care about me or my concerns. So when I decided to go with Northland Dental Centre it was a breath of fresh air. They took the time to plan how to fix my teeth and accommodate my needs. The staff is welcoming and genuinely friendly. And thanks to Dr. Murphy I am no longer afraid to smile. If you need a dentist in London Ontario, this is where you want to go. “Northland Dentistry and Dr. Pinto are AMAZING!!!! The absolute attentive care, their kindness, and professionalism provided - TOP NOTCH! They have helped me, and everyone in my family, through emergencies, general yearly cleanings, extractions, veneers - all of it. The work is excellent, and I always leave feeling more confident and looking my best. In fact, I have 8 crowns and Dr. Pinto made every single one PERFECT first try. I’ve never had to return for an adjustment! A very special thank you to Dr. Pinto for the incredible kindness shown to my aging mother too, who had become terrified of dentists after difficult past experiences.
