“Savannah Chambers is great; I’ve been coming to see her for over four years now, both when she was working from home and at her new spa location. She’s very talented and has created a great business for all of her many customers. Unfortunately, there have been some fake negative reviews targeting her personal life, but they do not reflect the high quality of service and professionalism she provides. “Went in October for my first Brazillian and not a good experience. I'm disabled and was a few minutes late, DEFINITELY NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES, due to mobility issues but they only booked me in for a short appointment, even though it was my first time, and I told them that when I booked it. They didn't use gloves while doing the procedure, which I thought was yucky, and the woman had long nails and scratched me in an unfortunate place when doing the treatment. One area was really red and angry for several days afterwards, like the skin had been damaged. Not all the hair was removed from one side and when I asked about it, she got snappy with me and said it was my fault for being late. No pretreatment or after treatment moisturizer or exfoliating mask to take home, as I was promised. Lousy customer service and poor hygiene for such an intimate procedure.
