Rescheduling must be done within the same week with 48 hours’ notice.
Same-day reschedules are considered cancellations and subject to the 50% fee.

“Visited Northern Therapy SRT yesterday while visiting family in Mississauga. After checking nearby massage therapy clinics, I chose them based on their excellent online reviews and convenient 5-minute walk from where I was staying. They definitely did not disappoint! The deep tissue massage provided by Nadir was absolutely top-notch. I’ve had many massages before, but this was the first time I experienced his unique technique, and it was incredibly effective. He even mentioned that he appreciated that I wasn’t complaining during the treatment because it allowed him to work through the areas that truly needed attention. The results were amazing—I felt significant relief from muscle tension and tightness. The red light therapy he incorporated at the end was an excellent addition as well. I was so impressed that I returned the very next day for a therapeutic massage focused more on relaxation, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Saba was also incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She had even baked sweet treats for customers to take home, which was such a lovely personal touch. “As someone who works out consistently, and has a physically demanding job I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first session. I booked with Nadir, who was exceptional. I went in with an initial complaint of lower back pain. Before we started my massage, Nadir assessed my posture, and was able to determine the best methods for me. The massage itself was incredible. Not only was I coached through what we were doing, even when certain muscles were spicy the relief I felt post massage was noticeable. I felt lighter, and am already looking forward to my next session. 100% will recommend to friends and family, I am so beyond happy with the service provided. “I have been seeing this husband-and-wife RMT/SRT team regularly over the past two months, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
