“The massage therapist that I had a appointment with that day was very expirenced but only wanted to do other modalities, not actual massage therapy. The treatment time was 45 minutes and not 60 minutes like I had booked, no client intake form or verbal medial history, and to top it off it was very expensive. $90 for 45 minutes....”
