“I do want to say that I was a Team 7 patient and had multiple appointments missed by the RN handling my case. I ended up entirely stopping care because it became apparent that my postpartum care for the nurse handling my case did not matter. I had 2 missed appointments, notified the same day my appointment was to happen. Eventually the nurse herself called and tried to rebook... why would I? When you are handling patient mental health, a no call and no cancel is one of the absolute worst things you can do. My mental health was really low and I'm writing this a year later after a friend asked if I would recommend you guys. I told her the story and that no, in fact, I would not as it was clear I did not even kind of matter to the person handling me. I won't put her name here but truly. If you cant at least cancel the appointment, dont go into mental health care. Postpartum mom's suffering from PPD dont need that. Do better”

“I had difficulties trying to contact the NIHU, their listed phone number says it is not assigned. I finally called the UHNBC switchboard to get a proper number. Staff was helpful it just took a while to get through to them.”
