“They are amazing. Had a bad experience the first place I went then found this place. From my first phone call explaining I had been in a car accident the receptionist was amazing took down all Insurance details etc. Had an appointment a week later to get an assessment and meant an amazing physiotherapist that dealt with car accidents. “I had a wonderful experience with Physiotherapist Christine Thomas at Northern Chiropractic & Physiotherapy. She is incredibly kind and professional, and the clinic has a welcoming, comfortable environment. Christine explained my condition due to my injury in a way that truly made sense, clearly linking it to my symptoms and immobility. She took the time to examine so carefully, answer all my questions, provided thoughtful professional opinions, and helped me with physiotherapy exercises tailored to my needs. Christine was far more helpful than medical staff at the Sault Area Hospital. She actually listened, allowed questions, and provided genuine guidance and care when I needed it most.
