New Clients : Intake and consent forms will be required to be completed online prior to your appointment.
Credit Card on File : Credit cards will be required for online booking. The card numbers are not visible to practitioners or staff. This will not be charged unless treatment is delivered, or cancellation policy is breached, and other payment methods are not used.
Credit Card Surcharge Fee : there will be a 2.4% surcharge fee for all credit card payments. You can use alternative payment methods such as a debit card or cash. For returning clients, eTransfer might also be an option.
24 Hr Cancellation Policy : If an appointment is cancelled or forgotten within 24 hours of the treatment time, the credit card on file will be charged according to our late cancellation / no show policy.
