“Niloofar is a great physio-therapist.I was referred to her by a spinal specialist after receiving treatments from him.Nilfoor is a kind articulate professional who listens to me when I explain my ever changing issues. After an initial consultation I was given an exercise program that was designed to strengthen my core and provide more flexibility for my whole body. The program has been adjusted as my physical and flexibility has improved. I am in much better shape since I started working with Niloofar.
