“I have been seeing Dr. Jasleen Gill for over 5 years and recently started seeing Anureet Dhindsa, RMT as well. Much like my last review of Dr. Gill, both Anureet and Dr. Gill help you with on going treatment but what's more important is their focus on preventative care and maintenance through stretching as well as strength and conditioning. “I had a very disappointing experience .The massage was extremely slow and unprofessional. The therapist only used one hand most of the time, which made it feel lazy and careless. She didn’t focus on the areas I asked for, and it felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. I left feeling no relief at all. “Extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism at this clinic. During my last session with Dr. Jasleen Gill, I experienced ongoing shoulder blade pain that started immediately after treatment and has not subsided. When I contacted the clinic to express concern, the receptionist was dismissive and more focused on payment than listening to my issue. I attempted to discuss the situation with Dr. Jasleen Gill(Chiropractor) directly, but she was initially defensive rather than empathetic. After explaining my experience in detail, she eventually apologized — but unfortunately, the pain persists. I’m currently seeking medical attention.
