“I went there for a hip flexor/groin strain and I never fully felt like I was being taken care of here. Treatments would only be 10-15 minutes with Shannon and then I was left alone for another 15 minutes with a heat pack on. One time I had to go find Shannon after heat treatment to ask her if I should still be doing the same exercise as last week. No real communication with me. To top it all off Shannon moved my leg in a really awkward position and now I’m off work, and more injured than when I walked in there. Obviously won’t be returning for good reasons.”

“Dr Tom is fantastic! After 7 months of being in pain I can feel the adjustment working after 1 visit. 3 adjustments later and I can finally sit down without pain in my hip and my leg is not going to sleep. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Need a chiropractor, give Dr Tom a call!”

“Went to get Physio for a condition at the request of my doctor. He said that I absolutely had to have it. Saw the physiotherapist for approximately 4 minutes to be told that it’s an untreatable condition but got charged almost $100 for her lack of service. Enraged.”

“My husband had an appointment booked for 5pm on a Monday for a massage. He unfortuenty could not make the appointment so he called to try and reschedule at 8am that morning. Again, he was trying to reschedule not just cancel. They told him that he would be charged for the appointment because he did not give them 24 hours notice. 24 hours notice would have been Sunday at 5pm (they are closed on Saturday and Sunday). He was told he should have called and left a message on Sunday to avoid being charged. I don't understand what the difference is of him calling on Sunday and leaving a message vs calling first thing Monday when they opened? I understand that this is their policy so we will pay the $80 however we will never go back. I hope the $80 was worth losing my business. Would not recommend.”
